Our luxury holiday houses in Sømarken are available year-round. Electricity and water consumption are charged separately at departure.

Additional fees

  • Compulsory final cleaning: € 158,-

Payment terms

  • 30% deposit due at booking
  • Remaining 70% due no later than 60 days before arrival

Rental period

Rental begins Saturday at 3:00 pm and ends Saturday at 10:00 am.In the shoulder season, Thursday to Thursday rentals are also possible.
